Elisa Strauss, owner of Confetti Cakes®, teaches both private classes and private parties. She teaches in her custom cake studio on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

These lessons are a great gift idea for any celebration. Elisa has also created courses for corporate events, childrens' birthday parties, bridal and bachelorette parties.

FEE STRUCTURE:

PRIVATE LESSONS:
$800 for one 5-hour class
$1200 for two 5-hour classes (two separate days)

You may share it with a guest for an additional charge of $200 for materials.  

PRIVATE PARTIES:
We also offer private parties at $100 per person, with a minimum of 8 people. (approx. 2-3 hours)
