"Bells have graced wedding cakes for generations; perhaps your mother or grandmother has preserved hers. If not, you can create an elegant topper that borrows from the custom while exuding a vintage feel. We decorated a Styrofoam bell with pink seed beads and tied it into a glittery floral arch.
