Owner Elisa Strauss created this sweet rhino cake for a family with a surname Ryno. In addition to the cake (layers of vanilla genoise, chocolate ganache and buttercream wrapped in rolled fondant), Strauss made mini cupcakes with sculpted sugar rhinos. This cake goes for $600, serves 30 and must be ordered at least a month in advance."
