A former textile designer at Ralph Lauren, Elisa’s fanciful confections have been inspired by everything from the intricate embroidery on a bride’s wedding gown to the delicate winds of a butterfly. Made from scratch using such ingredients as Valrhona chocolate, fluffy buttercreams and hand-rolled fondants, Elisa’s artistic layer cakes are entirely hand decorated.
